WILDLIFE PROJECTS
Big Game Transplants and ReintroductionWith the assistance of NBU, over 60 mountain ranges have received new populations of Desert, Rocky Mountain, or California Bighorns. Over half of the total bighorn sheep tags statewide are due to reintroduced populations. NBU has also been proactive in the reintroduction of antelope throughout northern Nevada as well as elk into select mountain ranges.

VOLUNTEERS
NBU prides itself on its volunteer spirit and hands-on involvement. Because of these volunteer efforts, NBU is able to put over 90% of the revenue we generate back on the mountain. No other non-profit organization in the country can boast close to this percentage of success. Volunteers are the backbone of our organization.
